What is a domain name? This is a name that identifies your website eg.www.onlinebusinessservice.co.uk
How do i register a domain name? We will register a domain name for you, and offer you alternatives if your choice is not available. Your domain name will be based on the Company Name you register with us. Your domain can be managed in the Domains section of the Control Panel once you register with us.
How do i get my files and images on my Website? You are provided with all the tools necessary to upload images, files and manage your content. No technical experience is required and all tools are accessed via a web browser, so there is no need to install complicated software on your computer. This will give you the chance to promote any Products or Services you have and demonstrate the Services you provide.
Do I have to make the Website? No... Your site is created by our content management system. Once you register, all you have to do is choose the design template you would like to base your site on, then enter/upload the content you want your customers to see. Do you provide any support? Yes we will offer support whilst you have your website with us, we will help you set up the website if required and help you develop it to the standard you desire. You can contact us via the "contact us" page.

How do i pay for my Website? You can pay for the service through your Control Panel. Simply visit the Billing Area and pay for the services you require.
